Michael Steverson
An American documentary photographer based in China’s Guangxi Province since 2006, Michael’s work has been featured in magazines, newspapers and websites around the world, including The New York Times, The Los Angeles Times, The Atlantic, The Smithsonian, Chinese National Geography, China Photography, CNN and the BBC. He is host of the Clubhouse interview series, Exposed - Conversations with Photographers and served on the faculty of The Guangxi Arts Institute from 2011 - 2018.
Represented by ChinaScenic, Michael has had solo exhibitions in Beijing, San Francisco, Shanghai, Liuzhou and Cincinnati. He is a member of The National Press Photographers Association, The Professional Photographers of America, The Photographic Society of America, The Royal Photographic Society and The Global Photographic Union.
